Founded in February of 2025, The Nurse Collective Alberta is a growing community created by a nurse, for nurses- with a mission to uplift, support, and empower the nursing profession across the province and beyond.

At the heart of the collective is a deep commitment to nurse's mental health and well-being. I know firsthand the emotional toll nursing can take, and believe that no nurse should have to navigate burnout, compassion fatigue, or mental health struggles alone.

Through out Instagram community @thenursecollectiveab, we share mental health resources, create space for honest conversations, and connect nurses with the support they need to thrive- on and off shift.
